A Little about me

I’m Charlie Moult- an Advanced bodyworker, Chiropractor, Breathwork facilitator and Energy worker with more than a decade of experience working with the body. My work has evolved from a deep understanding of the physical body into an exploration of the relationship between the body, nervous system, energy, creativity and expression.

Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of people in clinical practice, alongside supporting internationally recognised recording and touring artists, performers and creatives. I work particularly well with sensitive, highly attuned and creative people- people who feel deeply, create deeply, or sense that there is something within them they are here to bring into the world.

My approach brings together highly skilled hands-on work with nervous-system regulation, craniosacral work, breathwork, somatic and energetic practices and intuitive exploration — creating space to restore and reconnect, while supporting greater creativity, expression and connection to your unique gifts.

You will learn how to guide yourself through previous unseen blocks and patterns, stories and emotions woven into your tapestry. You will learn to hold yourself in the dark and light.

During our time together we will illuminate and expand your light, your gifts and how to use them, in a grounded and paced nature.

The sessions are intuitive, involving Breathwork, Energetics, Body work and Sacred creativity.
