Teams Retreat
UK, Bordeaux, Portugal based corporate retreats. Can be tailored around partial working days and parties of up to 20 guests. Food, accommodation, staff, teachers, schedule can all be arranged for you. From 3-5 days.

Example of 6 Week Breathwork Program
6 weekly sessions of tools, techniques and deep dives into creating calm, focus and increased wellbeing. These will be delivered either in person or via video call. We will set aside time for your team to come together. A pre-event email is sent out. An interactive breath work session is led, providing a combination of learning new skills and participating in group breath work. Instructive videos and further material is sent out after the event.
Week ONE - Fundamentals
Learn how stress affects our nervous system and how this impacts our body and mental wellbeing. We learn the essentials of why our breath is so important
Gain an awareness of how our breath as the remote control system to our nervous system. Practice new skills to use in the working week
Follow an introductory meditation session

Week 2 - Optimal Breath
85% of the UK don’t breathe optimally. How we breathe sends signals to our brain as to how we are coping with our current situation. This creates a feedback loop. Learn how to breathe fully and the health benefits of this.
We will discover our breathing pattern and ways we can retrain how we breathe

Powerful breathwork session using tools and techniques learned so far. Learn to hack flow state through breath work biohacking tools. Flow state can be defined as the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energised focus, full involvement and enjoyment in the process of the activity.
