Introducing Our Founder, Charlie Moult

 

Charlie believes that having a strong mind and body connection is a powerful tool for healing and transformation. She practices in London as a Chiropractor, Breath work facilitator and is the founder of Source. Her passion for helping people reach their optimum through body work came from her own life changing experiences of this work.

Charlie’s teaching is focused on facilitating healing and growth by tapping into your own source of energy, health and happiness. Her approach is intuitive and focused on each person/team uniquely.

Charlie has been featured in BBC radio, the Sunday times, British Red Cross and is an international speaker and workshop leader for health conferences and retreats on this topic. She has also helped many top performers with breath work mastery. She has also worked alongside shamans in Mexico working with the breath and plant medicine
