To celebrate and get into the energy of my upcoming Day Retreat (Apr 6th, Soho), I wanted to share an online experience.

In this 1.5 hour workshop, we will explore Soul Gifts, what is wanting to emerge, activating the Gold. We will explore visions from this space and and expand from any perceived and felt contactions. There will also be space to rest + receive.

Includes: Breathwork, Activations, Visualisation, sharing space. (Bring a journal and blank paper)

I will also share a recorded activation upon joining to help support the process.
